White city

"Cadiz - The white city," from the series "The cities of Europe", is made with oil on canvas in semi - abstract technique. In the image you can see the horizon line with the sea and some buildings. This image is photographed by me on my trip to Andalusia in Spain, a warmer area of the country. For this reason, the houses there are painted white, because they reflect the rays of the sun that allows to keep the temperatures inside the buildings cooler.
