*For your personal order:

- After you order, I will start to create your painting within 2 - 5 days. I will finish it within 7-14 days (+ or - 30 days for a large size)
- I will send you an image of the painting for your acceptance
- You can cancel your order before I start to work. I will send you an email a day before I start working on the painting


Returns & exchanges:
