All artworks are registered under copyright. We provide a Certificate of Authenticity along with each purchase.

Delivery Policy
We use DHL services for International delivery (for USA and Europe). We use secured MDF boxes for works up to 40 x 40 cm (16 x 16 in). The shipping and packing fees are included in the artwork price. For other locations please contact us for shipping information: contact@santopaolo.art.
Customs is a common term in international shipping which refers to the duties, fees or taxes levied on goods transported from one country to another. These costs vary depending on the item and country and are over and above the carrier's cost to ship goods. Every country has its own rules and guidelines for this. We pay for the shipping but we are not responsible for local customs taxes or delays at the arrival in the country.
Refund Policy
If for any reason an accident occurs during transportation and the artwork is damaged, we will ask the buyer to return the damaged work. We will pay for the return shipping fees, and we will fully refund the buyer once the damaged artwork arrives for consultation. After consultation, we will refund the buyer in 15 days. Cancellations are only acceptable within 2 days of delivery.
